报告人简介：Jun-lin Guan（管俊林），1982年获得中国科学技术大学本科学位，同年获得郭沫若奖学金，并被美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校录取，1987年获得博士学位。1991年至2006年先后担任美国康奈尔大学分子医学系助理教授、副教授、正教授。2006年9月转到美国密歇根大学医学院任教授，2013年12月至今任美国Cincinnati大学医学院教授。管俊林教授研究领域为分子医学，曾因杰出研究贡献获多项荣誉，1987-1989年获得Anna Fuller癌症基金，1993年获得美国康奈尔大学SmithKline Beecham奖，1998-2001年获得美国心脏学会研究成就奖，2011年入选美国密歇根大学医学院卓越研究团队，2011年至今被授予美国科学促进会会员称号（American Association for the Advancement of Sciences）。

 

报告摘要：Our laboratory focuses on the role of autophagy in breast cancer development, dormancy, drug resistance and relapse as well as in the regulation of neural stem cells, and kinase signaling in the regulation of breast cancer stem cells and metastasis, and development and progression of vascular tumors. We use a variety of genetically engineered mouse models combined with cancer cell lines and tumor samples from human patients to gain mechanistic insights of critical molecular and cellular functions in vivo.
